Shiitake Mushroom Land Kasaya
At Shiitake Mushroom Land Kasaya, you can enjoy Botan-nabe (hot pot) only in winter. It is a hot pot made with local Inoshishi (wild boar) meat and Kasaya's special red miso. The more you cook the meat, the better it tastes. You can also pick strawberries at the same time. (Botan nabe is only available from November to March.)
